External collaborators

The INCT Signals strongly values collaboration with researchers outside its network, from national and international higher education and/or research institutions, whose experience and scientific work are aligned with the strategic themes and areas of interest of the project. These collaborations broaden the Institute's capacity to act, promoting the integration of complementary skills and strengthening the scientific, technological and innovative production associated with its research lines.

External collaborating researchers contribute through joint efforts aimed at developing research, generating knowledge, and consolidating innovations within the INCT Signals context. These contributions include, among other forms of interaction, co-authoring scientific publications, co-supervising students affiliated with the Institute, sharing specialized experiences, and, in some cases, accessing experimental data, laboratory infrastructure, and complementary resources relevant to carrying out research activities.

In this way, INCT Signals has much to gain from maintaining and strengthening these collaborations, which promote internationalization, interdisciplinarity, the qualified training of human resources, and the increased scientific and technological impact of the actions developed within the project.

The table below lists the external collaborators of INCT Signals, indicating their respective affiliated institutions and the nature of the collaboration established with the project.
